Sports Massage Therapy 2 You can assess, treat, and format a simplified injury rehabilitation programme to suit you. This will give you a 4 to 8 week step by step guide, aimed at strengthening the specific areas of your body and advice of basic exercise equipment you can use.

Following your programme, a reassessment and consultation will be organised to get some feedback of you and to judge the outcome of your rehabilitation routines. Sports Massage Therapy 2 You’s approach to the client is extremely flexible and will work around your working or leisure time.

Yesterday had a bit of a spark to go for a very rare run πŸƒπŸ»β€β™‚οΈ. Following barriers of previous injuries, thoughts were mixed to proceed. Saying that running actually felt good πŸ‘ŒπŸ». Following sufficient warm ups and dynamic stretches a couple of miles were completed and now hope to progress from there!
